Go Spanish Now COVID-19 - Agreement

While the conditions of transmission of COVID and death caused by the coronavirus pandemic are being significantly reduced thanks to the vaccination of large numbers of the population, this does not imply that even vaccinated people are not at risk.

At the request of some students, Go Spanish Now offers some courses the possibility of meeting in person.

If your course is given in person, and you would like to take the lesson online, Go Spanish Now suggests that you take another course online. We’ll do our best to accommodate you is such a course.

Go Spanish Now is committed to disinfecting all objects at our facility with which students and teachers may come in contact: tables, chairs, handles, etc. after each class.

COVID-19 Agreement for Children

I acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and that the CDC and many other public health authorities recommend practicing social distancing. I further acknowledge that Go Spanish Now has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I further acknowledge that Go Spanish Now can not guarantee that neither I nor my child/children will become infected with the Coronavirus/Covid-19. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the Coronavirus/COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself, my child/children and others, including, but not limited to, Go Spanish Now employees, contractors or students. I voluntarily want my child/children to participate in a Spanish course with Go Spanish Now and acknowledge that I am increasing the risk to exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I hereby release and agree to hold Go Spanish Now harmless from, and waive on my behalf and on my children behalf, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of Go Spanish Now, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from Go Spanish Now. I understand that this release discharges Go Spanish Now from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against Go Spanish Now with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from Go Spanish Now to me or my child/children. This liability waiver and release extends to employees, contractors and students of Go Spanish Now.
